Hi, I’m Nick Longino, and I’m here to help you transform your fitness journey into a sustainable, lifelong success story.

With a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology specializing in Exercise Science and certifications as a NASM Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I bring both education and personal experience to my coaching. My journey into fitness began at 18 with weight training, but it wasn’t until I overcame a challenging back surgery that I truly understood the power of tailored fitness and nutrition. That experience shaped my mission to empower others to achieve their goals, no matter the obstacles.

I specialize in strength training, fat loss, and building habits that stick. Whether you’re navigating dietary restrictions, working around past injuries, or making the most of limited equipment, I’ll create a plan that meets your unique needs. My approach is simple: I’ll be your accountability partner, guiding you step-by-step toward sustainable results.

Originally from northern New York, I now call Denver home with my amazing wife, Bianca, and our two kids, Maddox and Mila. When I’m not coaching, you can find me hitting the slopes, playing soccer, or tackling Spartan races and other obstacle course runs.
